XyloPlay (“the App”) is a simple music app. We respect your privacy and collect the minimum data needed to make the App work and improve it responsibly.

- Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand basic usage (e.g., screens viewed, features used). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you.
- Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and device details (model, iOS version) to fix bugs.
- Advertising: If ads are shown, AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad performance metrics in accordance with their policies. You can manage consent where applicable (e.g., GDPR via UMP).
- Local Content: Your recordings are stored on your device unless you choose to share or export them.
How We Use Information
- To operate core functionality, diagnose issues, and improve quality.
- To measure feature usage and guide product decisions.
- To show and measure advertising where applicable.
Data Sharing
We don’t sell personal data. We rely on trusted processors to provide analytics, crash reporting, and ads (e.g., Google Firebase and Google AdMob). Their use of data is governed by their own terms.
Consent & Choices
- GDPR/EEA: We use Google’s UMP to collect and store your ad consent. You can reset consent in Settings → Legal → Reset ad consent.
- Opt‑Out: You can disable personalized ads from system settings and reset your advertising identifier.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
